No, there is no re-entry to the event. Once you have left the gated area, you will not be allowed to return for the evening.

No. All tickets are purchased online, prior to event night. Please email your guests their tickets prior to arrival if you will not be able to enter the festival with them.

All sales are final at the time of purchase. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.

Goat Fest is an all weather event! We’re lucky to have all vendors under one BIG canopy, so we’re covered rain or shine…literally!

Door tickets will be made available ONLY if there is capacity available. We recommend buying your tickets in advance to ensure your entrance.

Yes, they can be found near the gate entrance.

There will be plenty of on-site parking for this event which is complimentary!Ā 

Concordia club is also easily accessible using public transportation šŸ™‚

Yes! Should you continue to party into the night or wish to leave your vehicle after Goat Fest, we are happy for you to do so! We want all our patrons to have a safe and happy experience.

We encourage all patrons to enjoy responsibly and offer overnight parking, should you need it. We do not accept any liability.

Health Cards CANNOT be used as proof of I.D.

We are ONLY able to accept the following forms of photo I.D. for entrance:

  • Ontario DriverĀ“s License with a photo of the person to whom the license is issued
  • A Canadian Passport
  • Canadian Citizenship Card with a photo of the person to whom the card is issued
  • Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
  • A photo card issued by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), entitled Bring Your ID (BYID)
  • A Secure Indian Status Card issued by the Government of Canada
  • A Permanent Resident Card issued by the Government of Canada
  • A photo card issued under the Photo Card Act, 2008

No other will be accepted.

Yes, there will be one smoking area. However, no food or drink (including alcohol) is permitted in this designated area.

Yes, the consumption of cannabis will be permitted in the designated smoking area.

  • First Aid Kit on site
  • No ticket refunds
  • Bar closes at 9:45pm
  • We do not serve intoxicated persons; anyone at anytime deemed intoxicated will be removed from the facility
  • No standing on tables
  • No sleeping on tables
  • No smoking in any areas other than the designated smoking area.
  • No illicit drugs on premises
  • Absolutely no alcoholic beverages to enter or leave the festival area
  • Our staff checks for counterfeit currency (US and Canadian)
  • VALID PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED

  • Video recording is used in several areas of the Goat Fest & Concordia grounds and event spaces
  • Photo and video recording may occur at anytime for use by Ginger Goat Inc. and in social media, advertising and any other promotional fashion.
  • All patrons entering the facilities agrees their consent to this.
